| As an important social and historical resource,whether historical sites can be reasonably displayed and utilized is an issue of concern.So far,a large number of Chinese and foreign scholars have studied the protection,display and utilization of historic sites,but they have rarely used mathematical models to evaluate the protection,display and utilization scheme of historic sites.It still needs to be further studied on how to set an evaluation index system with reasonable framework,rigorous logic,comprehensive index,how to give a relatively objective assignment or score for each evaluation index,how to determine the weight of each evaluation index,how to properly choose an evaluation method that judging advantages and disadvantages of the planning scheme on the protection,display,utilization of historical sites.This paper aims to construct an evaluation system for the protection,display and utilization scheme of historical site with a multi-attribute evaluation method.First of all,this paper defines the connotation of the protection,display and utilization of historic sites,and analyzes the factors on selection of methods affecting the protection,display,and utilization of historical sites.The positive and negative effects among three methods of “Protection”,“Display”and“Utilization”of the historical sites were analyzed in this paper one by one.Secondly,it sets the selective principles of the evaluation indicators on the protection,display and utilization scheme of historical sites,obtains the initial evaluation indicators through sorting out a large number of the research results of previous researchers and the concluding concerns of multi-agent perspectives,and uses the system analysis method to refineand sort out the evaluation index system suitable for the research object;it defines the connotation of each indicator in the above evaluation system,and sets the quantification and assignment method for each secondary indicator,calculates weights of each evaluation index based on the analytic hierarchy process.Thirdly,through the comparative analysis of the multi-scheme sorting methods such as dominance,disjunctive method,lexicographic method,simple additive weighting method and ELECTRE III method(preferential elimination system)etc.,it determines the selection method for the planning scheme on protection,display,utilization of historical sites on basis of its non-compensation characteristic of selection of the planning scheme on the protection,display and utilization of historic sites;it sets the threshold values of each evaluation index,and builds an evaluation model of planning scheme on the protection,display and utilization of historical sites based on ELECTRE III method.Finally,for the three ancient sites such as Ancient City of Tang Dynasty Mound etc.,the evaluation model constructed in this paper is used to evaluate its display and utilization scheme.And ELECTRE III method-based evaluation model for display and utilization scheme of historical sites with certain operability and effectiveness is verified. |
