The equipment for the intelligent substation debugging project has gradually realized the intelligent technology reform.The electrical analog quantity used in the commissioning test is gradually replaced by the digital quantity.The debugging mode is different from the conventional substation from the instrument to the wiring.In the intelligent substation commissioning project management,the project delay problem is serious.The main problem encountered is that the uncertainty of the commissioning time of the secondary equipment of the intelligent substation increases,the requirements for personnel distribution are getting higher and higher,and the prescribed period is becoming more and more tensive.The forecasting method of the original conventional substation commissioning project is subjective and mechanized.Therefore,how to improve the calculation method and optimization period of the intelligent substation commissioning project has become a research topic of great importance.This thesis first introduces the characteristics and structure of intelligent substation,compares the work content and characteristics of intelligent substation debugging project with conventional substation,and summarizes the status quo and existing problems of smart substation's progress management in recent years.Aiming at the uncertainty of the working time of each process in the intelligent substation debugging project,the PERT technology adapted to this feature was selected for modeling.By referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,the PERT network model based on the improved random forest method was proposed and constructed for the first time.Artificial intelligence algorithm is applied in the field of engineering project management,which realizes the integration of computer field and management field.Then it is proposed to establish the construction period-person assignment coordinate system and the construction period-cost optimization model to optimize the construction period of the intelligent substation debugging project.Finally,the non-critical path offset correction method is used to identify the critical path of the intelligent substation debugging project,and reduce the project implementation process.The difficulty of key work management ensures that the project is on schedule.Finally,taking the 220 kV GaoChang substation as an example,the PERT network modeling and project optimization of the project are carried out.The optimization results are compared with the actual working conditions,and the feasibility and practicability of the improved model are verified.
