In response to the “Assembly-type Construction” management requirements of substation proposed by the State Grid,the modular technology has been continuously developed and finally applied to substation design,installation and commissioning.At the same time,with the rapid development of grid intelligent technology,intelligent electrical equipment and technology are gradually applied to substations,and a new generation of fabricated intelligent substations has emerged.Compared with the conventional substation,the assembled intelligent substation not only simplifies the design work,greatly shortens the engineering installation and commissioning construction cycle,saves the substation maintenance cost,and also sets up the automatic operation management system,which is safety,advanced and efficient.Therefore,combined with the advantages of the assembled intelligent substation,it is of great significance for economic and reliable operation of the power grid system to study the design plan in-depth,constantly sum up and improve the installation and commissioning technology of the assembled intelligent substation.Based on the engineering of Jiangsu Haigong 220 kV fabricated intelligent substation,this paper optimized the project based on the typical design of the national grid.At the same time,this paper studyed in-depth and summarized of the installation and commissioning technology of the assembled intelligent substation.The article can be divided into the following sections:Firstly,the dissertation investigated the research status of the fabricated intelligent substation and analyzed the development direction of the domestic 220 kV substation in recent years.Secondly,the paper analyzed the key technologies of the design,installation and commissioning in the fabricated intelligent substation.From the two aspects of the civil engineering and electrical parts,the design,installation and commissioning techniques of prefabricated building structures and intelligent electrical equipments were analyzed.And then it focused on the prefabricated equipment,plug-and-play device,prefabricated cable and substation configuration description SCD file in electrical secondary system.Besides,the innovative application of point-to-point technology solved the problem of large amount of information debugging work in traditional substation site.Compared with traditional substations,the outstanding advantages and practical applications of intelligent electrical equipments and automated operation management system were analyzed in the dissertation.Then,according to the typical design scheme of State Grid Corporation,the article analyzed the design,installation and commissioning process of Jiangsu Haigong 220 kVfabricated substation.In the civil engineering section,this paper illustrated the site selection,general layout,design and installation of steel structures,construction and installation of fences,firewalls and cable trenches.And the prefabricated cabin structure was designed and simulated to ensure a reliable operating environment for the secondary equipments.In the electrical primary section,the electrical construction scale of Haigong Substation and the calculation of short-circuit current and the power distribution equipment selection were introduced.For the secondary part of substation's electrical engineering,the engineering design,installation and commissioning techniques were systematically analyzed in terms of dispatch automation,system and station communication,station SCD file,‘plug and play' of electrical secondary equipment,and application of prefabrication technology.In practice,three kinds of anti-misoperation blocking technologies,direct-mining-direct-jump-mode in protection configuration and automatic point-to-point technology were adopted.In addition,the problems encountered in the installation and debugging practice process were summarized and suggestions were given.According to the technical indicators,the assembled intelligent substation and the traditional station were compared and analyzed as well.Finally,the paper summarized the innovation of this station,analyzed the related problems that needed to be further studied in the fabricated intelligent substation,and forecasted the future research direction.
