The Application Research On Project Management Theories In The Intelligent Substation Commissioning

Project management is a scientific method of program management, which contents the organization, plan, coordination and control. After the theoretical and objective development more than half a century, the project management has self-contained technical methods, as well as the best principles of effective management by objectives, and has both qualitative analysis and quantitative study, which plays an important role in the enhancement of management efficiency. The main content of this paper is to study how to apply the advanced project management theories to the intelligent substation commissioning, so that the commissioning can be more scientific and efficient.In recent years, the technical development, including the increasing standards, reducing cost, and accelerating construction, leads to the large-scale production of intelligent substation. As the main technical support company in the network construction, the intelligent substation commissioning by provincial electric power research institute has more and more business. This paper studies on the intelligent substation commissioning, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign project management theories. In terms of the difference analysis between the intelligent substation commissioning and the common substation commissioning, the characteristics abstraction, the project management remolding, the cost, schedule, quality integration, and organization optimization, this paper obtains the appropriate management model of the intelligent substation commissioning, which improves the intelligent substation commissioning.Takes the500kV Jinzhong intelligent substation commissioning as an example to verify the proposed model point of view, and the management performance of this project has been evaluated by AHP and fuzzy integrated evaluation technique, which can provide some references to the optimization of intelligent substation commissioning, and improves the technical supporting proficiency of electric power research institute.
