| Due to the problem of interest perspective in practical projects,the selection of water supply pipes is often faced with the problem of "the cheaper the better,as long as usable" and the design is often not optimized.The bearing capacity,aging,construction environmental impact and water supply quality of the pipes are often not considered,resulting in the dislocation of the selection of pipes.On the other hand,there are many types of water supply pipes in the market,and new types of water supply pipes emerge in endlessly.When the engineering side faced with the choice of type,they are lack of effective methodology.This leads to the lack of control on construction quality,which further endangers the reconstruction project and the water quality of the people.In view of the problems existing in the water supply pipe network reconstruction project at present,this paper puts forward an optimal selection scheme of the new type of water supply pipe and design method for water supply network based on TRIZ theory and mathematical optimization method based on LINGO software,providing methodological guidance for the engineering side in material selection.Firstly,in order to solve the contradiction between the functional requirements and structural constraints of the pipe network during the project design stage of the water supply pipe network transformation project,a set of optimization methods for the new type of water supply pipe based on TRIZ theory were proposed.This method transforms the contradictions between requirements and functions in pipe network design into the standard technical contradictions in TRIZ semantics,and uses the formalized methods to solve the problems.As a result,engineers could quickly select the most appropriate pipe for the specific pipe network problems.Secondly,in order to solve the optimal planning problem of pipe arrangement and pipe network coordination in specific engineering problems,a set of mathematical optimization methods based on LINGO software is proposed.This method converts the optimization problem of pipe network into the optimization problem of mathematics,establishes the mathematical model of pipe network system and uses LINGO software to solve the problem.Therefore,engineers can quickly carry out optimal pipe network coordination planning.At the same time,in order to shorten the optimization time and work amount,this paper uses neural network algorithm to learn the above optimization process to realize the fast calculation.The method proposed in this paper takes into account the cost,construction cost,quality life,water supply capacity,environmental impact and other aspects of different pipe materials.By selecting pipe materials according to the method in this paper,the optimal solution of various factors can be obtained.Finally,this paper takes a water supply network reconstruction project in Tianjin as an example,tries out the material selection methodology proposed in the paper,and teststhe effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper by comparing the cost,environment,reliability result data and the actual data of the project according to the method proposed in this paper.The comparison shows that the method adopted in this paper can save 19.8% in comprehensive cost compared with the actual project,which is of good promotion value. |
