As one of the national strategic emerging industries,new energy industry is an important path to realize the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and the improvement of quality and effciency of national economy In recent years,our government has continuously increased its policy support to encourage and support the development of new energy industry.Company Y is a large-scale modem high-tech enterprise with new energy industry as its core.Company Y will continue to increase its industrial layout and expand its asset scale.This paper is on the basis of fully implementing the state's policies and policies on investment projects and combining the market change trend.This paper also considers industrial technology development trend and enterprise technology.According to the enterprise development strategy,Company Y plans to invest a huge sum of money in the construction of new energy lithium battery manufacturing and construction projects in Tianfu New District,Chengdu City,which is the center of western China.In order to verify the feasibility of its project investment,I am doing the research based on the actual situation of my own work and the theories and methods of modern project management and feasibility study.On the basis of extensive data collection and expert investigation,I have carried out research and analysis on the current Y company's investment in the construction of new energy lithium battery manufacturing and construction project.This is also in accordance with the key content and basic process of the project feasibility study.My investigation is aiming to help the company realize leapfrog development in industrial layout,asset scale,market development,technology research and development and profitability.Based on the above background,this paper makes every effort to highlight the key points and seek valuable references.I am taking the new energy lithium battery manufacturing engineering construction project as the research object.At same time,I consider the theoretical research and practical needs as the starting point,which demonstrates and analyzes the feasibility of Y company's investment in the project.Throughout the whole paper,it mainly uses the literature method to summarize the theory and methods involved in the research and the related research trends at home and abroad.I use WBS,Gantt chart and other tools to analyze the situation of the project,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the comprehensive scheme,econoomic benefits and risk prevention and control of the project.This is helpful on obtaining the market and technology of the project,the feasibility conclusion of technology,economy and risk preention and control The paper is divided into six chapters Firstly,the paper expounds the background and significance of the research,including the content and methods of the research,Secondly,it summarizes the related theories and methods involved in the research,including the research trends at home and abroad,then it describes the basic situation of the project from the perspective of the necessity of project construction and market development demand,so as to evaluate the project in the market Then,it makes a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the project construction plan from the perspective of project construction implementation plan,process technology and environmental protection This is in order to determine the feasibility of the project plan.It makes an investment estimation and management of the project from the perspective of project investment estimation,financial benefit,National economic and social benefit and project risk prevention and control by means of financial evaluation.The feasibility analysis of economic benefits is carred out,and the conclusions and suggestions of the study are drawn.The feasibility study of the project investment and construction is a view to provide investment suggestion and valuable refernce to Y Company.
