C Feasibility Study On Extension Project Of South Campus Of Career Academy

With the rapid development of Higher Vocational Education in China,most of the existing schools in Career Academy have been unable to meet the needs of educational activities in the new era.At present,the College of Higher Vocational and technical education in China is in the rapid development period of the expansion of the campus.For the college,the expansion project is not only an increase in the area of the building,but also to enhance the overall image of the school and the strength of the school.Therefore,the expansion project of the Career Academy is very important for its development.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the expansion project,the feasibility analysis of the project must be carried out.Taking the extension project of the South Campus of Career Academy as a case,this paper applies the methods of case analysis,literature analysis and qualitative and quantitative analysis to discuss the financial feasibility,social feasibility and risk coping,and so on.Through the study of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:first,for the extension project of the Southern Campus of Career Academy,C,the current government policy environment is better.The rapid economic situation in Hubei provides the macro economic support for the project,the maturity of the construction technology and the support of the surrounding residents of the proj ect create a favorable technical and social environment for the implementation of the project.However,there are still some deficiencies in quality management technology in the process of project construction.Secondly,in the economic feasibility study of the extension project of the Southern Campus of the Career Academy,C,the project can be supported by all parties,and the fund raising of the project is based on the school's own retained funds and bank lending funds.Combined with C Career Academy's current income and expenditure situation,C Career Academy can undertake the pressure of"repayment of principal and interest" for borrowing.Therefore,C Career Academy south campus expansion project 1s economically feasible.The implementation of the extension project of the Southern Campus of Career Academy(C)is more beneficial than the negative benefit,which is of great significance to promoting the development of the regional society.Thirdly,the risk coping strategies of the extension project of C Career Academy south campus include:perfecting the financial system of the Career Academy,expanding the financing channels,actively seeking the support of the government,the quality management in the preparatory stage before construction,the quality management in the construction process,the quality management in the later period of construction,the passive energy saving design,the implementation of the building landscape greening design,and the strengthening of the project.The relationship between raw material procurement management,strong school teachers'construction and harmonious local government.
