Research On Comprehensive Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Container Terminal Of Qingdao Port

Port as the intersection point of transportation modes such as waterway,railway,and pipeline and so on,is a freight exchange node of various transportation modes,and a hub of transportation network.It plays an irreplaceable role in transportation system.Due to the development trend of economic globalization,although the development of the slowdown in the world economy and trade,but the world's total trade is still increasing,and most of the world trade by sea to complete the transportation.Therefore,the port also has a very important role in the economic society.In fact,coastal cities always develop into economically developed areas before inland areas.This also fully proves that ports play a certain role in promoting the development of cities.However,in the development process of port and port,we need to evaluate itself,which is to evaluate the port comprehensively,so that we can seize the initiative in the domestic and international competition.As China's central port area in Bohai Rim,the development of Qingdao port trend in recent years is also very fast,by the end of 2017,Qingdao port container throughput ranked eighth in the world,and the iron ore import throughput,container handling efficiency and ore unloading efficiency are among the highest in the world.Qingdao as an important foreign trade port in Shandong province and modern industrial base,is also an important economic,financial and Information Center,the hinterland of Shandong province not only radiation,also including the inland North China,so the port of Qingdao in Shandong and the whole North China foreign trade and economic development plays an important role.Through the research of the literature,it is found that there are many methods to study port efficiency at home and abroad,and some achievements have been made in the study.However,the construction of index system is not comprehensive and objective,and it is not scientific enough to evaluate some relative subjective indicators.In this paper,the AHP model is applied to the evaluation of port efficiency,and the index system is established and perfected by the Delphi method.The AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to evaluate container terminal of Qingdao Port.The conclusion is drawn that the port authority can provide the terminal planning direction,Optimize the rationale for the allocation of terminal resources.
