Recent years,LF company is facing some problems,such as the resource shortage,the insufficiency of medium and long-term investment,and the obvious contradiction between cost and output.As lack of unified standards for evaluation,the difficulty of cost control and management is increasing.Facing the nervous situation,how to deepen the cost management,ensure long-term stable development has become the plant' top prior problem.Building the standard cost management system can reduce financial risk,reduce the cost of consumption,and improve the management level with different evaluation measures,which is benefit for maximizing the car production efficiency.This article carried out standard cost idea,which was related to the car production plant' budget management system,in order to construct a perfect cost management system from the aspects of budget,accounting,control,and evaluation.According to the car and gas production process,develop a comprehensive standard cost index,in order to decompose to the various cost elements and different center.During the production and operation process,supervise and control the cost with budget system,in order to implement control measures for standard operation,standard assessment,and so on.What' more,continue to implement the overall target cost management and the potentialities,in order to come true the best control.With the quantitative assessment index evaluation,can realize the standard management,supervise and complete LF company.Combined with LF company management practice,use standardized cost closed-loop management mode from,and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures.
