At present,China's highway engineering construction field has achieved remarkable achievements after decades of rapid development.At this stage,a large number of highway engineering renovation and expansion projects are still accelerating implementation.The smooth realization of the quality objectives of highway engineering reconstruction and expansion is related to the success or failure of the project,to the core competitiveness of the construction enterprise,and to the regional economic development and the safety of life and property of local residents.Therefore,the use of scientific methods for the construction of quality management road engineering renovation and expansion project implementation of the core issues of concern.The construction quality assurance system is an important basis for guiding production activities during the construction process.At present,there is still a problem of non-standard construction quality system in the course of engineering practice,which is not only unfavorable for guiding production activities,affecting construction efficiency,but also burying great hidden dangers for the occurrence of engineering quality accidents.This paper deeply analyzes the theory and method of engineering quality management.Combined with the characteristics of highway engineering,it discusses the key points of construction quality management during the process of highway engineering reconstruction and expansion,and analyzes the influencing factors of construction quality management.Combined with China's industry norms and engineering practice system,the formation process of engineering quality system was analyzed.The construction quality management objectives,construction quality planning preparation and review,quality acceptance procedures and key points were elaborated,and based on the triangular fuzzy number The evaluation index system for construction quality management of highway reconstruction and expansion project,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,established a comprehensive evaluation model for construction quality management system of highway reconstruction and expansion project.Finally,the quality assurance system of Haiyu East Line Highway Reconstruction and Expansion Project is taken as the research object,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used for evaluation.The evaluation level of quality management of Haiyu East Line Highway reconstruction and expansion project is obtained.In view of the weak points of quality management of Haiyu East Line Highway,suggestionsfor improvement of construction quality of Haiyu East Line Highway reconstruction and expansion project are proposed from four aspects: project organization management,technical management,schedule management and cost management.
