Research On Renovation And Reuse Of Old Factory Buildings Under The View Of Industrial Heritage Protection

Coal is the main energy and important industrial raw material in our country.Coal industry has always been the pillar industry in our country and played an important role in the development of national economy.However,over-exploitation and unreasonable exploitation have long existed in the exploitation of coal resources,causing serious damage to the mine and the surrounding ecological environment.At the same time,due to over-exploitation,many coal resources in mines are seriously exhausted,resulting in a large number of abandoned coal mines.At the same time,through the transformation and reuse of the old factory buildings,the industrial heritage is endowed with new use functions on the basis of effective protection,thus driving the transformation and upgrading of the industry around the mine and even in the coal mining cities.Starting with the explanation of the related concepts of industrial heritage protection and through the analysis of the value factors of the transformation and utilization of old factory buildings,the significance of the protection and utilization of industrial heritage is clarified.Through the study of the basic mode of Industrial Heritage Reuse and the value analysis of the landscape remodeling of coal mine abandoned land,combined with the typical cases of industrial heritage protection and reuse at home and abroad,the industrial heritage of coal mine abandoned land is sorted out.Combining with the example of industrial heritage protection and development in Kailuan Tangshan Mine to support the research theory,the paper specifically analyzed the mode of industrial heritage protection and development in Kailuan Tangshan Mine,and studied the design methods and effects of industrial heritage protection in the process of case implementation.The insufficient experience of the case in the implementation process is analyzed and summarized,which can provide reference experience for the protection and development of industrial heritage in the future.Figure27;Table0;Reference 42.
