| This paper is based on the point axis system theory in geographical regional economics,industrial heritage corridor theory in landscape science,urban renewal theory in urban planning,and industrial heritage protection and reuse theory related to architecture.This paper studies the Railway Heritage Corridor and its surrounding industrial plant heritage,and discusses the feasibility of urban industrial heritage corridor combined with industrial plant heritage.Firstly,combined with the formation stage of the point axis system theory,this paper analyzes the evolution process of industrial heritage from the perspective of point axis system,studies the applicability of point axis system to industrial heritage,translates the concept connotation of point axis system into industrial heritage theory,and puts forward the construction goal of industrial heritage corridor based on point axis system theory.Secondly,it explores the relationship between the formation of resource-based cities and the Railway Heritage Corridor,and makes an archaeological log on the industrial heritage along the Railway Heritage Corridor;through a variety of investigation methods,it studies the related problems of the Railway Heritage Corridor in resource-based cities,and puts forward the feasibility of the construction of the Railway Heritage Corridor.Finally,according to the construction content of the industrial heritage corridor theory,the appropriate urban renewal strategy is proposed.From the perspective of city,this paper explores the point axis spatial structure system of Railway Heritage Corridor suitable for the current context.Based on the above research,the urban renewal space strategy with the Railway Heritage Corridor Based on the point axis system as the motif is formed.This is a retrospective exploration of the collective protection of industrial heritage,which lays a solid foundation for the next step of Industrial Heritage Reuse.Taking Jiaozuo section of Daoqing railway as the research object,this paper analyzes the impact of Railway on urban space at the macro level,and uses the development elements along the railway to jointly design an industrial heritage corridor system suitable for urban development.The system mainly includes green ecosystem,slow walking trail,urban rail transit,corridor interpretation system and so on.Using the logic of the point axis system theory,this paper studies the industrial heritage corridor,provides strategies for the spatial reconstruction between the abandoned freight railway and the industrial heritage in the city,and provides dynamic guidance for the transformation of the industrial plant heritage,promotes the protection and reuse of the abandoned railway heritage,and provides valuable reference for the future reconstruction of the urban abandoned railway heritage corridor and the industrial plant heritage Test. |
