With the slow economic growth,the price rise of materials and the increase of labor costs,enterprises are required to have a sense of anxiety and crisis,to analyze the current market situation in a broader perspective,and to examine their own shortcomings in a new way of thinking.Production material is an important guarantee for maintaining normal production and ensuring product quality of an enterprise.For the purchasing department,the most important link is supplier management.In the whole process of supplier management,good supplier classification management,perfect and complete supplier selection system,supplier evaluation system and excellent supplier quality management are the cornerstones of supplier management.Excellent supplier management is also a necessary condition for enterprises to maintain core competitiveness in the whole market.Through studying the theory of supplier management and consulting relevant literature,the author analyzed the current situation of supplier management of P company which is the sample selected in this paper,it is pointed out that P Company has some problems in the supplier cooperation relationship,supplier selection,supplier evaluation and supplier quality management.The optimization schemes are given according to the actual situation of P company by scientific method.The traditional "supply and demand" relationship is transformed into a long-term cooperative "win-win" cooperative relationship.In the improvement scheme of supplier selection system and supplier evaluation system,four first-level evaluation indicators and thirteen second-level evaluation indicators are established respectively.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to analyze the relationship among the evaluation indicators,and all the evaluation indicators are quantified.Finally,the supplier selection system and supplier evaluation system suitable for P company are formed.The improvement scheme of supplier quality management is aimed at different suppliers,and the emphasis and implementation scheme of quality management are pointed out.Finally,the establishment of P company management concept transformation,improve modern information management system and other safeguard measures.
