In the automotive industry,the fuel system,transmission system which is because of assembly or parts defects easily lead to the characteristics of the connection between the parts leaking.Automotive transmission shell assembly pressing process for the stability of sealing,sealing testing is a necessary part of the production process.Various automobile parts manufacturers and OEMs have been introducing various new technologies into the leakage testing of products,hoping to effectively control defects in the production stage and improve customer satisfaction,which is of great significance to their research.Based on the Automotive transmission shell assembly of the research object,according to the actual working condition of the product requirements and field conditions,problem analysis is based on principle,theory and simulation,etc,automatic and differential pressure type installation leak testing for the analysis and research,put forward the corresponding solution design,design a set of general-purpose shell pressure equipment and air tightness leak testing system.The system mainly uses the servo cylinder and the automatic dispensing robot to realize the automatic pressing,the different pressure leak testing and the code spraying system to effectively evaluate the shell leakage and realize the tracing function.The paper carried out the following research:First,study the pressure equipment and testing system of requirement analysis and the overall scheme design,transmission shell as the case,by comparing to the traditional pressure equipment and servo type being connected,automatic pressure equipment can guarantee the stability of the process,at the same time using the automatic coating to ensure a uniform adhesive dot size,and through external glue point monitoring device,implementation process monitoring,steady beat consistent,and refine function analysis,objectives,overall framework.Secondly,the structure and function of the testing are studied.The method of differential pressure leak testing is applied to the testing of small leakage volume.The inspecting of differential pressure air tightness,aerodynamic principle and leakage volume are explained and analyzed.Finally,the results of this paper are verified by experiments.The system can realize accurate and automatic clamping positioning,error prevention control and traceability management of inspecting information.In the practical application phase of the system,the accuracy and stability of the system were verified by the CgK value,and 50 samples were used to obtain that CgK=1.81 was greater than that of the theoretical requirement of CgK=1.33.Research results show that the function of this system can meet the requirements of pressure equipment and testing equipment,research and development of equipment in the workshop has been finished and put into production use,installation and testing the number of shells has about 120,000,its installation and inspecting accuracy accord with the requirement of mass and factory,through the data statistics of qualified parts on the spot,through batch test,has been delivered.The system realizes the traceability of test data,improves the production demand of high quality,high tempo and high test accuracy,and reduces the labor intensity and human error of employees.
