With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,a series of public buildings such as large-span complexes and gymnasiums have been increasing in recent years.They are very rich in function.At the same time,the overall span is relatively large,and the building structure is relatively complex,and the corresponding construction difficulty is relatively large,therefore,the construction technology requirements of such buildings are relatively high.The complex project has large volume,tight construction period,difficult technology and difficult management,how to improve the project construction quality and management level in the construction process and achieve high-quality performance is a great challenge.BIM Technology can provide construction technology and construction scheme for the project,optimize the construction scheme,visually simulate the construction process,and control the construction process,in addition,it can control the construction process,in particular,some difficult construction procedures can be reasonably controlled,so as to improve the overall efficiency in the construction process by applying BIM Technology,and realize the design and construction of complex buildings to meet the design and construction requirements.Based on the above background,in this paper,combined with BIM Technology,taking the construction of a complex project as the research object,the construction simulation is carried out,it analyzes the application scenarios of BIM Technology,explores the specific application of BIM Technology,provides technical support and guidance for the construction of similar projects,and provides beneficial reference for the research of BIM Technology.In this paper,through the application of BIM Technology in a complex project,the following conclusions are drawn:Aiming at the super high,overweight and large-span concrete floor structure in the project,the BIM Technology is applied to simulate the construction,and the construction method of separate warehouse flow is adopted to provide a method for solving the construction problems of super long concrete floor structure.Using BIM Technology to optimize the beam column complex node reinforcement layout,mining The BIM model is used to simulate the arrangement of steel bars,which solves the collision problem in the cross construction of multiple reinforcement joints.Through the application of BIM Technology,the problems in a large number of construction drawings are solved,and unnecessary delay of construction period and cost loss caused by drawing problems in the construction process are avoided.In this project,the application of BIM Technology eliminates 90%drawing errors,speeds up 9%of the project progress,and creates about 11.46 million economic benefits,which provides strong reference support and management experience for the construction of similar projects in the future.In addition,the application of BIM Technology also solves the problems existing in the construction process of civil engineering,steel structure,mechanical and electrical,curtain wall,roof,decoration and other sub-projects under the traditional construction mode,which provides convenience for the later owners'operation and maintenance management,and facilitates the development of the whole life cycle management mode of buildings.
