Since the 21st century,cars have played a more and more important role in our life.Cars facilitate our transportation,but cars bring traffic accident problems,which brings great danger to people's life and property.At home and abroad,more and more attention has been paid to avoid collision and improve the safety of automobile,so it is urgent to study the automatic emergency braking system.This paper analyzes the main problem that restricts the development of auto emergency braking system,that is,environmental perception.The SSD algorithm based on depth learning is applied to identify the type and information of the target in front,and it is fused with the target information identified by MMW radar.A target fusion weight estimation method based on Bayesian estimation is proposed,and the target is tracked by Kalman filter.Aiming at the three working conditions of straight,curve and oblique insertion,the paper presents the software framework and algorithm structure of the wire controlled braking system of AEB bottom actuator,including the algorithm structure of the upper desired deceleration controller and the lower desired pressure controller.The hardware in the loop simulation system of the automatic emergency braking system is designed.The pxie8840 of the national instrument?Ni?is used as the real-time system of the lower computer,and the FPGA development board is used as the AEB controller to implement the AEB control algorithm.The carmaker software is used to build the virtual scene,set the vehicle dynamics model parameters and install the virtual sensors,and three verification conditions that meet the e-ncap are built?Based on Simulink,the algorithm of AEB control strategy is developed,C code is generated and written into the controller.Finally,the performance of the control system of the test line is raised in the real vehicle and verified in the real vehicle.The application of the automatic emergency braking system in the passenger car is realized.
