It is particularly important to build a safe driving assistant system when traffic accidents occur frequently.The purpose of this assistant driving system is to replace the driver in the driving process.If the driver can respond quickly in case of emergency,it can not only brake urgently,but also detect the front of the vehicle.The distance,speed of the target and the prediction of the driving trajectory can reduce the occurrence of accidents and ensure the safety of passengers and drivers.But the premise of developing the system must go through a lot of testing process,and the general testing is expensive and time-consuming.Based on this requirement and situation,this paper proposes a kind of hardware-in-the-loop testing method for automobile automatic braking system.These methods depend on the performance testing equipment of the controller,but in many operations.HIL hardware testing is a very powerful test method for performance testing equipment of operational controller.In real situation,it is unrealistic to use the whole system for all testing,which requires simulation testing.With the computer as the core,the controlled object can simulate the working state through simulation modeling,and establish the simulation environment between the analogue and the measured object through I/O interface.This paper mainly introduces the research of hardware-in-the-loop testing method of automobile automatic brake system,including the basic hardware construction,algorithm research and calculation,software debugging and testing process,etc.Through these aspects,this topic is completed.
