As the production capacity of the equipment manufacturing industry continues to increase,the number of damaged and discarded products has increased dramatically.In order to alleviate the contradiction caused by resource consumption and environmental damage,China has vigorously developed remanufacturing projects focusing on green manufacturing.The remanufacturing process repairs worn and damaged parts to restore their performance and extend the product life cycle.However,when remanufacturing and repairing complex curved parts,it is difficult to measure the characteristics of the part itself,and it is difficult to obtain the damaged part and the amount of damage.As a result,the remanufacturing and repair accuracy of the part is low or even impossible to repair.And through the reverse engineering conversion of solid parts to three-dimensional digital information,the manual operation of the damaged parts and damage measurement in the remanufacturing process can be converted into a three-dimensional digital model for reference.It is difficult to determine the amount of damage.Reverse engineering assists the remanufacturing process,which can improve the accuracy of remanufacturing parts and effectively broaden the application area of remanufacturing engineering.Therefore,the research on the key technology of remanufacturing based on reverse engineering is of great significance for the recycling of resources and the sustainable development of society and economy.The main research contents of this topic are as follows:Firstly,the present situation of domestic and foreign research on remanufacturing engineering,reverse engineering,reverse engineering and remanufacturing is analyzed,and the research contents and methods of this subject are proposed.At the same time,the conventional point cloud data measurement methods and measurement equipment are analyzed,and scanning equipment and schemes suitable for damaged parts are selected.For data collection of parts with high repetitive features,a local information collection method is proposed.Taking damaged gear parts as an example,a complete part model is constructed by collecting local characteristic point cloud data.Then,the method principle of point cloud data establishment,simplification and denoising is expounded,and the corresponding method of point cloud datapreprocessing phase is explained.According to the principles and methods of surface construction,combined with pre-processed point cloud data,a set of process for constructing a complete part surface model using damaged point cloud data and reverse engineering modeling technology is constructed.Secondly,the point cloud is divided by the epitaxial damage boundary,and a triangular mesh model with different densities is constructed,and the damaged part model with the characteristic details of the damaged area is obtained by stitching.The curvature threshold and distance threshold are used to eliminate model damage area data for registration to improve the model registration accuracy of complete parts and damaged parts.Finally,using the above method,the damaged helical gear and the used blade parts are taken as examples for model construction and registration.The accuracy and registration error of the reconstructed model are analyzed to meet the remanufacturing accuracy requirements.The location and amount of damage verify the feasibility of the method in the remanufacturing process.
