In the early 1960 s,laser was invented,laser rapid prototyping technology is rapid development,and become a hot spot of research at home and abroad.Due to the unique advantages,laser rapid prototyping technology is widely used in machinery manufacturing,aerospace,automobile,ferrous metallurgy and many other areas.The laser deposition repair technology which is the derivate development of laser rapid prototyping technology inherit its unique advantages,it provides a new way for complicated and expensive parts repair,and has been widely applied in the field of the repair parts now.Shen Yang aircraft industry group co.,LTD.is the domestic first-class large aircraft manufacturing enterprise.Thousands of parts need to repair every year,this brings huge economic losses to the company.And also puts great pressure and challenges to the production organization.So the laser deposition repair technology has an important economic and practical significance to repair damaged parts,we need to carry out laser deposition repair technology imminently.We provide a method of getting the damaged parts 3d digital model in this paper,The reverse engineering technology which is based on the idea of physical,point cloud information acquisition,3d reconstruction and design,establishment the damaged parts 3d digital model for point cloud access method,by using the reverse engineering software to optimize the point cloud model,we obtain the 3 d digital model of the laser deposition technology to repair the required damaged parts finally.Learn from the experience and research results of Laser deposition repair technology at home and abroad,according to the theory of induction heating and the component itself characteristic,we confirm the induction heating equipment and the use of parameters in,Select the laser deposition repair of experimental equipment,design the fixture design of the repair parts,complete the experiment of the laser deposition technique repairing typical aviation parts in this paper at last.We analyze the morphology of the repaired part after experimental,the residual stress of different scanning layer sediment and the morphology of metallographic structure in the text.It confirms that using the reverse engineering and laser deposition technology to repair aircraft parts is feasibility.
