With the promotion of building a country with strong transportation network in an allround way,all parts of China are stepping up the construction of urban traffic infrastructure to alleviate traffic congestion,because of the advantages of large capacity,fast speed,high safety,punctuality and comfort,and no occupation of ground road resources,the subway system has been rapidly favored by major cities since it was introduced into China.However,due to the large scale of the project,the long construction period and the dense traffic flow around the station,the subway system will cause long-term high load impact on the ground transportation system during the construction period.This paper studies the optimization method of temporary traffic organization during the construction of urban subway station,aiming to alleviate the impact of subway construction in all aspects by formulating scientific optimization method of traffic organization.This paper classifies and defines the forms of urban road construction area,studies the traffic characteristics of the construction area from the four aspects of road traffic,personnel,vehicle operation,traffic flow,and determines the scope of traffic organization research in the construction area.This paper analyzes the characteristics of subway construction in urban area,the commonly used subway construction methods,and the influence of subway construction on the five systems of vehicle system,public transportation system,slow traffic system,road traffic and surrounding land environment.This paper expounds the calculation method of the capacity of urban road sections and intersections,comprehensively analyzes the influence of subway construction on the capacity of road sections and intersections,and based on this,determines the decision theory of "four systems and seven indexes" such as the service level of road sections,the service level of intersections,the public transportation system and the slow traffic system,by setting criteria to determine the influence of a single system rationality of traffic organization scheme.The research and analysis of traffic organization optimization methods are carried out from four aspects of macro,micro,public transport and slow traffic.Based on the decision-making research and simulation data analysis,a comprehensive evaluation model of traffic organization scheme in the construction area is established,and the advantages and disadvantages of traffic organization scheme are judged by the total impact score of subway construction on traffic operation.Taking Wensan Road subway station in Hangzhou as an example,based on the investigation of road traffic and land use properties around the construction site,as well as the study of construction technology,construction stage and enclosure scheme in each stage,the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of temporary traffic organization during the construction period,through modeling,simulation and parameter analysis,the traffic impact of seven indicators is evaluated by using the comprehensive evaluation model.In order to reduce the traffic pressure in small areas during the "pain period" of urban subway construction,and ensure the overall balance,stability and smooth of the road network,it is an important measure to optimize the temporary traffic organization during the construction period to effectively balance the short-term traffic supply and demand contradiction.
