| In the implementation of one belt,one road initiative,the infrastructure construction has attracted more and more attention."One belt,one road" infrastructure has made more and more contributions to China’s economic development,especially in the border area.One belt,one road initiative,is the important infrastructure project in Heilongjiang.The completion of the bridge will not only fundamentally improve the traffic inconvenience in the Sino Russian border area,but will also play a greater role in promoting the development of the national economy in the border areas of China and Russia.Heihe Port has long contributed to the trade between China and Russia.For example,China exports textiles and processed agricultural products,imports machinery products and energy.The trade scale and mode of Heihe Port will be further expanded due to the completion of Heilongjiang bridge between China and Russia.The growth of trade volume at Heihe Port will further improve the investment level and economic level of the region along the line.With the continuous promotion of the bilateral friendly and cooperative political relations between China and Russia and the rapid growth of China’s economy,this paper comprehensively demonstrates the impact of the Heilongjiang bridge between China and Russia on the trade between the two sides,starting from the characteristics of trade objects,and based on the trade business of goods and services related to the bridge.The demonstration of the role of the bridge is mainly reflected in goods trade,tourism service trade and financial services.According to the theory of international logistics transaction cost,this paper analyzes the influence of Heilongjiang bridge construction on the trade of goods,and expounds from three aspects: the change of the quantity of trade of goods,the change of the unit price of goods and the change of the amount of trade of goods caused by the completion of Heilongjiang bridge.Based on the prediction and analysis of the trade data,considering that after the completion of the bridge,the cost of goods trade and the carrying capacity of the trade channel of the two countries will change,the historical trend of goods trade volume at Heihe Port,the expansion effect brought by the completion of the China Russia Heilongjiang Bridge on the scale of goods trade between China and Russia,the trade trend between China and Russia and the dual role of the bridge will be calculated respectively.Finally,the volume of goods trade after the completion of Heilongjiang bridge and the unit price of goods trade after the completion of the bridge are predicted.There are mainly two aspects of small trade scale and unreasonable industrial structure in Heihe city.Because the policies of free trade zone are not perfect and the core competitiveness is not clear,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as defining the policy focus,accelerating the integration and penetration of commerce into related industries,vigorously developing Chain Commerce,optimizing the commodity structure,and urgently needing to strengthen the work of turning losses into profits. |
