Design Of Preset Space For The Aged At Home

The main idea that the space that occupy the home is designed is comfortable and safe,to the design of endowment residence and construction character are so more.With the development of aging society,pension has become a major concern of the society.From the point of view of economic support and implementation difficulty,in fact,most of the family economic strength is unable to support the future suitable for the aging of the secondary transformation.To this end,the application of home-based endowment preset space design concept in the residential design on the future residents of each age stage forward consideration,to the elderly to create a comfortable and self-care living environment has become an inevitable trend.This paper investigates and analyzes the existing home-based old-age care models at home and abroad,and analyzes the shortcomings of home-based old-age care in China.On this basis,use the preset space design of the concept of family endowment space environment design,facilities,barrier-free design,transition,and psychological aspects are studied,and the heron lake palace district of chengdu living space design of room 2401 as the breakthrough point,put forward their own design concept and strategy,exploring the feasibility of the preset sexual space design basis.I hope that through my own research and design application,I can effectively solve the problems related to home-based care for the elderly under the social background of population aging,and provide certain reference for the design of home-based care preset space in the future.
