Research On Latent Interior Design To Meet The Needs Of Old Age

With the coming of the 21 st century,the aging population situation in our country is becoming more and more serious,and the demand for elderly interior design has soared.The relevant data show that more than 90% of the elderly in present China choose family endowment,so it is becoming more and more important for the elderly to have an old-age interior design.At present,most old-age interior designs usually need to rely on transformation to implement,but the transformation will not only consume the energy and financial resources of the elderly,but also cause environmental pollution and resource waste.Therefore,in order to better realize the purpose of the old-age interior design service in the home for the elderly,when the middle-age occupant begins to decorate the future old-age housing for the first time,the use of default space,pre-buried aging components and other latent interior design methods should be carried out to make the old interior design preposed and make it rich development,which is the connotation of latent.Taking the latent interior design adapted to the requirements of old age as the research content,this paper combs the necessity of latent interior design and its difference from the old interior design and the barrier-free interior design,and expounds how to carry out latent interior design from five aspects.First,spatial layouts should be flexible enough to respond to different residential needs,such as multigenerational or solitary residence which may arise in different age groups;Secondly,the ground,wall,ceiling and other decorative materials should have safe and durable characteristics,and meet the needs of the future elderly stage in the material,color and other aspects;Thirdly,the selection and arrangement of furniture should be made as flexible and variable as possible through pre-buried old-age components,preset spaces,etc.to meet the needs of indoor activity space in the future elderly stage;Forthly,the special demand for illumination in the future old age should be met by means of preset lights and wall lamps;Finally,we should properly select some of the simple operation,economical and applicable intelligent home,with a reasonable latent circuit layout,in order to facilitate the future elderly stage control electrical switch,to ensure the safety of electricity.Through latent interior design,can improve the quality of living of middle-aged and elderly people,save the cost of future transformation,reduce the generation of construction waste,so that the elderly "Live in peace and security in old age."...
