The Design Of High-rise Residece Inner Space Under Home-based Care For The Aged Pattern

Population aging is a serious problem which unprecedented in human history.There are three main characteristics of the population aging in China which are a population of large scale,fast growth speed and not rich.Based on the characteristics above and traditional ethics concepts,the home-based care for the aged is now and will be the mainstream and long-standing endowment pattern of our country.Due to the changes of social relationships and physical conditions,the elderly prone to generate loneliness,loss,insecurity and other negative feelings.The communication needs always connected with the physical and mental health of the elderly.Residential building is the main way of living of urban residents in China.The feature such as high volume rate,live high from the ground decided that only rely on the external public space is very difficult to promote the neighborhood acquaintance and communication.The defects that the high-rise residential exposed such as cold of neighborhood,lack of communication,lost of home belonging obviously does not meet the demands on the activity of communication of the elderly.Actually,there has been explore of turn the high-rise residential interior public space as the communication space.Combining with the special demand of the old's communicative activities,the high-rise residential environment would become more suitable for the home-based care for the aged.This article is divided into six chapters.First chapter is the introduction of the background,research purpose and significance,research content and the innovation,research status and research methods,foreshadowing for the whole article.The second chapter has carried on the theory related to the elderly physical,psychological and behavior research,and in view of the Chengdu area the elderly activities of survey and the interview result analysis,summed up the demand for internal communication space in the elderly.The third chapter from ground space,standard floor space,roof space,air courtyard with air street four aspects,combined with the actual design case,this paper expounds the residential space form of internal communication.The fourth chapter mainly about the content of the Chengdu area present situation investigation,high-rise residential interior public space through the analysis concludes that the lack of internal space and the demand of the elderly principal contradiction,and then put forward the design goal.The fifth chapter is the core part of this article,first put forward the high-rise residential internal communication space optimum described design should follow the principle of then has carried on the preliminary exploration for design policy.Finally in the sixth chapter generalizes the for full text context,summarizes the results and shortcomings,and put forward to the more suitable living environment design for the aged.Hoping that this research could provide certain reference meaning to optimum design of aging of the high-rise residential internal communication space in Chengdu,let the aged live a happy life.
