This study is based upon the automobile service industry. It carried out some investigations towards the employees both at typical positions and common positions of the industry and analyzed the market requirements for the future employees with an idea of systematic teaching design and blue-sea strategic management. According to the investigation completed, the vocational training plan and kernel courses of this specialty have been established with the help of the theory and method of vocational education curriculum.Action investigation method was used in this study. The students investigated are all from the specialty of automobile sales and services of Beijing Communication School. Case-study, questionnaires, interview and observation methods were also used in this study. The study involved the investigation of staff abilities, the market requirements for students from vocational schools or colleges, the establishment of special courses, how to develop the scheme which can achieve the special training goal, the kernel courses, teaching implementing project, the improvement of vocational school teachers' abilities, etc.In this study, the main purpose is to find the direction and location of the specialty through the investigation of the requirements of industry and corporation development. And then develop the curriculum and kennel courses according to the training goal. The rationality and validity of the curriculum were analyzed and examined by tracking the students.From this study, the writer believed that vocational school teachers have to change theirs teaching ideas firstly, they need to look on the whole process of vocational education in a systematic way. They need to develop and promote the curriculum actively. They have to know the whole process of training a student in stead of just teaching one or two courses as they used to do. Therefore, they have to know the rules of developing a curriculum, they need to have the idea and method of system and master some key technologies.At the end of the study, the writer also put forward the limitation of the study and the improving ideas.
