Research On The Paths And Performances Of Cooperative Innovation In Manufacturing Enterprises

Due to the prevalence of economic globalization,the global industrial structure is also reshaped.The position of manufacturing enterprises in the global industrial chain is closely related to their competitiveness.In the " 2020 World Development Report",the world bank believes that the upward path of the value chain is from primary product production to primary manufacturing,from primary manufacturing to advanced manufacturing and service,and finally from advanced manufacturing and service to innovation activities.At present,the world bank believes that China has become an advanced provider of manufacturing and service.Some developed countries,such as the United States,are incorporated in the global value chain with innovative activities and maintain strong strength in the field of high technology.Therefore,in order to improve China’s position in the value chain and obtain stable excess profits,we must promote the R&D and innovation of high-tech industries.However,because innovation demands a large investment,long periods,high technical requirements and an uncertain outlook,it is difficult for a single enterprise,especially small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,to meet the relevant resources and technology needs of independent innovation.The cooperation mode of collaborative innovation thus came into being.Under this mode,governments,research institutes,upstream and downstream enterprises and other subjects have an in-depth cooperation and learn from each other.They can therefore achieve mutual benefit and win-win results,obtain higher economic benefits with lower risks,and break through innovation achievements with technological complementarity.At present,the researches on collaborative innovation mainly focus on the level of industry and mechanism,which are carried out from a macro perspective of industry and country.The problems such as how individual manufacturing enterprises work out collaborative innovation cooperation plans,coordinate innovation resources and maximize the efficiency of collaborative innovation still need to be resolved.Therefore,this paper breaks through the previous research form,and focuses on the path and performance of collaborative innovation of medium-sized manufacturing enterprises through the research mode of case analysis,in order to excavate valuable information from the case analysis and provide reference for the development and application of collaborative innovation mode in the future.This paper analyzes and arranges the related literature at home and abroad,establishes the basic framework of collaborative innovation by combing the relevant research on the motivation,influencing factors and modes of collaborative innovation,and makes a theoretical analysis under the guidance of the framework,mainly exploring the causes,paths,individual,organizational and external environmental factors of enterprise collaborative innovation,as well as the possible risks.At the same time,Wanliyang group,a medium-sized manufacturing enterprise,is selected as the research object to futher explore the path and performance of collaborative innovation between Wanliyang group and enterprises,universities,governments and scientific research institutions,collect relevant data,compare and analyze the changes of corporate innovation and financial data,and mine useful information.In this way,this paper expect to provide reference for collaborative innovation activities of manufacturing enterprises.This paper shows,through diversified paths,the collaborative innovation model finally plays a positive role in promoting the financial and innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.However,the market is volatile;the period of collaborative innovation is long;the construction of relevant mechanisms may not be perfect;some performance evaluation may not fall short of expectations in the short term.Enterprises need to establish sufficient confidence and plan reasonable responses to risks to obtain long-term benefits.
