Research On Study On The Planning And Design Of Rural Complex Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The pastoral complex is an important part of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,and it is also an important platform to realize the prosperity of agricultural industry,the increase of farmers' output and income,and the improvement of rural ecological environment.In order to improve the imbalance and insufficiency of agricultural and rural development,the carrying capacity of rural resources and environment is close to saturation,the hollowing of rural areas and the aging of population are serious,the basic public service facilities in rural areas are imperfect,and the status quo of improving rural ecological environment,promoting the integration of agricultural industry and increasing farmers' income,it is obvious to apply the strategy of Rural Revitalization to the pastoral complex.It's particularly important.Through the research on the general situation and related theories of the idyllic complex at home and abroad,it is found that the idyllic complex is still in the stage of development in China,the theory is not yet mature,the planning system lacks integrity,and it lacks characteristics in practical application.This paper explores the elements of the planning and design of the pastoral complex,summarizes and improves the planning and design system of the pastoral complex,and puts forward suggestions for the integration of the Rural Revitalization Strategy into the planning and construction of the pastoral complex.This research adopts the methods of literature review,case study,field investigation,induction and summary,and through reading the relevant theories of domestic and foreign pastoral complexes and analyzing the domestic and foreign cases of pastoral complexes,it is found that the theoretical research on the planning and design of pastoral complexes in China is still not perfect,most of them are theoretical research from the direction of industrial form,and a complete planning and design system has not yet been formed.? Based on the current situation and problems in the development of pastoral complex in China,the research direction and main ideas of this subject are determined.In the process of investigation and research,find the crux of the problem,take the problem as the research direction,and find the solution to the problem.The existing problems in the planning and design of the current pastoral complex are summarized and analyzed to find a suitable method for the current planning and design of the pastoral complex.This paper analyses the relationship between the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the rural complex,and how to integrate the Rural Revitalization Strategy into the planning and design of the rural complex,so as to construct a feasible planning and design system of the rural complex.At present,there are many reasons for the imperfection of the planning and design system of pastoral complex.Some of them are not closely integrated with the strategy of rural revitalization,and the degree of development is not deep.There are also reasons for the lack of integration in rural production,life and ecology.This paper focuses on the construction of the planning and design system of the rural complex under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization.Through the research,the main points of the planning and design of the rural complex are: to evaluate the basic conditions,to plan and layout reasonably from the aspects of functional layout planning,industrial planning,landscape planning,infrastructure planning,service facilities planning and security system,and to make full use of and protect the rural areas.Natural resources,integration and development of agricultural industry,improvement of rural ecological environment,improvement of living conditions of farmers,and promotion of the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.These planning and design points and related theories are fully applied to the planning and construction of the rural complex,and the planning and design system of the rural complex under the background of the strategy of Rural Revitalization is constructed.Finally,by combining the actual case-Zhengmi Pastoral Complex Master Plan,the main points,theory and system of planning and design are applied to practice,so as to carry out more in-depth and detailed exploration.It is hoped that the study on the planning and design of rural complex under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy will be helpful to the future planning and design of rural complex.
