Study On The Renewal Of Old Community Landscape Based On The Reconstruction Of Neighborhood Communication Space

Today,with the rapid development of economy and society,the construction of urbanization has been further accelerated.After the reform and opening up,many large-scale overthrow and reconstruction movements have been carried out in many places,which makes the contradiction of urban renewal prominent.However,the renewal and reconstruction of residential areas are most closely related to human beings.The large-scale demolition and construction and modern life mode have impacted the traditional neighborhood relations,making them gradually thin and on the verge of disappearing Therefore,this study mainly aims to solve the problem of renewal of the old community communication space,and summarizes the methods of partial renewal and transformation on the basis of retaining the community cultural heritage and social network system,so as to create a community space with coexistence of happiness and sense of belonging for modern residents.This paper takes the reconstruction of the old community space as the research object,with the reconstruction of the neighborhood communication space as the goal,uses the multi-disciplinary expansion method,the related literature research method,the field survey method and the case study comparison method to carry on the research,through the analysis of the different groups’ communication psychology,the behavior characteristic as well as our country old community present situation question,summarizes the reconstruction principle and the strategy.Finally,the theory will be applied to practice,taking the old community of Shijiazhuang-Alliance Community as a practical case,according to the field research and analysis of the current distribution,types and problems of neighborhood communication space,and combining with the community’s own development status and cultural heritage,the paper puts forward the vision,concept and strategy of reshaping the neighborhood communication space,so as to better promote the formation and stimulation of neighborhood relations Community vitality and the role of improving the quality of living space environment.This study hopes to provide a more humanized design for the living environment of human beings,and also hope to attract more social attention and many scholars’ discussion on reshaping the neighborhood communication space of the old community.The following conclusions and achievements can be drawn from this study:(1)The main user of neighborhood communication space is people.To solve the problem of people and space is the basis of the renewal of old communities.It is necessary to meet the common physiological and psychological needs of different groups,and focus on strengthening regional cultural characteristics to obtain emotional resonance and sense of belonging.(2)The behavior activities carried by the neighborhood communication space are complex and changeable,so the transformation of enhancing the functionality becomes the top priority of the renewal of the old community.Different functional communication environments should be divided based on the behavior characteristics of the residents,and the open or private communication atmosphere should be set according to the psychological needs of the residents.(3)Based on the concept of "sharing" and the concept of "home",the community is divided into nine regions by the way of "retaining structure and updating by blocks",forming a "one axis,one ring,one heart,multi node space structure" alliance community communication space landscape design scheme.In a word,the old community renewal is a comprehensive and complex project,which needs the active coordination and cooperation of the government,the society and the community residents,constantly learning from the effective experience and methods at home and abroad,and effectively researching the renewal strategy of the old community which is suitable for the situation of our country.
