With the increasingly fierce market competition in domestic construction industry,strengthening project cost management is more and more critical for construction enterprises.Under the background of current enterprise management reform,financial shared services bring new ideas to financial management and lay a foundation for the integration of business and finance.At present,the traditional cost management method is difficult to manage and analyze the project cost timely,effectively,accurately and comprehensively.How to promote the upgrading of project cost management based on the financial shared service has become an urgent problem.S project of J group is a large-scale overseas construction project.Compared with ordinary construction projects,cost management of S project is more difficult.In view of the problems faced by S project cost management,based on economies of scale theory,business process reengineering theory and flat management theory,combined with target cost management,comprehensive cost management,dynamic cost management,responsibility cost management,earned value method,PDCA cycle and other management methods,this paper use financial shared services as a management and technical tool,to put forward the optimization model of project cost management based on financial shared services.This model is composed of guidance system,implementation system and support system.Guided by cost management principles,it helps S project optimize its organization structure and business process of cost management through the management change based on financial shared services,helps S project set up the transformation mechanism of business data and finance data through the integration of business and finance based on financial shared services,and helps S project build cost management system and feedback and early warning mechanism,form data-driven PDCA cycle for project cost management system by the digital transformation of project cost management based on financial shared services.All of these together can optimize the management process of project cost prediction,control,accounting and analysis,provide more accurate and timely cost data information,realize the effective control of labor cost,material cost,machinery cost and indirect cost,help S project carry out cost data analysis and inspection,and realize dynamic cost control.Through the research of this paper,it is concluded that under the traditional mode,it is difficult to solve the current problem of project cost management.The management and technical change based on financial shared services has become an inevitable trend for project cost management improvement.Only by actively combining the new management mode and technology with the traditional cost management method,can the level of project cost management elevated.The project cost management optimization scheme and specific measures based on financial shared services proposed in this paper may provide reference for the same type of construction enterprises.
