| With the increase of container transportation business,container ships are moving towards large trend,and super large container ships become the main force of maritime transportation.How to improve the efficiency of wharf loading and unloading operation becomes an imminent problem.Coping with the new situation has become an important research problem for the relevant scholars at home and abroad,and the synchronous loading and unloading process has emerged.TheDouble-cycle operationg within a bay technology is the same as the operation of the shell load and unload at the same time,compared to the traditional operation of all the unloading containers after unloading all the containers to be loaded in the loading process,the Shore Bridge and set card no-load trip number decreased,terminal loading and unloading efficiency improved.The traditional ship stowage problem has not been considered in the double cycle process,therefore,it does not take into account the balance between the unloading of the same position and the discharge box,which is not conducive to the development of this process,so it is urgent to study the ship stowage strategy which is suitable for this process.In this paper,the ship loading problem under the synchronous loading and unloading process will be divided into two stages: the main bay plan and the Bene plan,taking into account the requirements of ship stability,strength,poor water consumption and so on,the main bay plan as far as possible on the same bay matching packing volume and unloading volume more balanced basis,with the minimum amount of inverted box and the number of containers to reach the same port of destination as small as possible as a target function,the establishment of mathematical model,the introduction of heuristic algorithm,the solution feasible.Bennet plans to combine the actual container in the yard placement,in order to save operating time,reduce the pressure port pressure box,to reverse the least amount of the goal,establish a mathematical model,the introduction of taboo search method to solve each bay position in each port corresponding to the Bennet loading plan.Both models combine the actual loading experience to solve,obtain the ship loading scheme suitable for synchronous loading and unloading process with the mussels,so that the terminal can successfully implement the synchronous loading and unloading process with the bay,the amount of inverted box as little as possible,the shore bridge moving distance as short as possible,the terminal loading and unloading operation efficiency is improved,the ship stay time is shortened,the port cost savings,the container ship capacity is fully utilized,and the ship is safely sailing. |
