Shantytowns reconstruction project is a project of benefiting the people in China,which is committed to solving the problems of living conditions and living environment of the residents in shantytowns.With the rapid development of economy,urban construction is also accelerating,and the requirements for the overall comfort of the construction are also constantly improving.In order to ensure that this project can play a maximum role and make the residents feel the care of the state and the government,the whole construction operation and project quality of shantytowns reconstruction project should be paid more attention.In this paper,Jiamusi shantytown reconstruction project phase 7 resettlement project is taken as an example to study the risks that the construction unit may encounter in the construction process,and then to prevent and deal with them,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the project.In this paper,according to the sequence of risk identification,risk evaluation and risk response,the risk of shantytown reconstruction project is studied.The first part briefly introduces the basic situation of the shantytowns reconstruction project and the relevant information of the construction unit,which provides a practical basis for the later research.In the second part,combined with the local reality and the project situation,the Delphi method is used to identify and summarize the possible risk factors,and obtain the risk factors,which provides the basis for the follow-up research.In the third part,AHP is used to evaluate and rank the identified risk factors,get the probability of risk occurrence and the degree of impact,and divide the risk according to the severe risk,moderate risk and mild risk,so as to focus on the prevention and control of important risks.In order to ensure the applicability and effectiveness of the plan,the efficiency coefficient method is used to evaluate the proposed three risk prevention and control plans.After multi index verification,the most suitable risk prevention and control plan is finally selected,and the measures and response plan are formulated in detail.In order to ensure the smooth construction of the whole project,a risk monitoring mechanism is proposed to minimize the impact and loss of progress,quality and cost brought by risk factors.
