Research On The Modular Renewal Design Of Rural Housing In The West Of Liaoning Province Based On The Idea Of Prototype

Once the countryside was a poetic place,but under the realistic background of the rapid development of modernization and the continuous advancement of urban-rural integration,the countryside was in the rapid development as if squeezed by time,and even had no time to think about it.The countryside had undergone tremendous changes.The cultural convergence with the city and the man-made construction damage began to appear in the countryside,the countryside The unique human nature gradually disappeared.But at the same time,the great changes in the countryside is an inevitable phenomenon,because the traditional architectural form has been unable to meet the increasing needs of villagers and the changes brought about by modern life.For the development of the countryside,we are faced with two levels of problems: one is the specific implementation way,how to truly make the countryside continue the traditional culture and regional characteristics;the other is how to solve the contradiction between the villagers’ increasing living needs and the traditional residential space.This paper attempts to study how to update the rural housing in western Liaoning under the prototype idea,trying to solve the above two levels of problems.Archetype is connected with the life style of a certain historical period and the unique spatial form of a certain region.It has the regional cultural connection across the time dimension,and is the connection between the past and the present.Based on the field survey of ten traditional villages in western Liaoning Province by means of observation,photographing,mapping and interview,and combined with the data,the elements of traditional houses are divided into two categories:spatial combination mode and style element.From the perspective of prototype,this paper discusses the changing and unchanging laws of traditional residential buildings in the development and evolution,and extracts the potential and unified prototype of each type of elements.And the introduction of the modular theory,to explore the relationship between the prototype idea and the modular theory-the prototype idea expands the connotation of modularity,modularity to the greatest extent continues the concept of the prototype,demonstrates the applicability and necessity of the two in the renewal of rural housing.Then,based on the understanding of the existing problems of rural housing in western Liaoning,according to the different needs of life in the modern background,the prototype is translated and applied,the spatial combination mode is translated into the standardized module,and the style elements are translated into the new form.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward the design methods of rural housing renewal in western Liaoning: the deconstruction of rural housing elements,the feature extraction of the prototype,the innovative translation of the prototype and the specific application of the prototype.In terms of specific operation,villagers can choose the translated modules or forms to form differentforms suitable for their own needs,so as to complete the renewal of rural houses that meet the individual differences of villagers.This paper creatively takes the prototype thought as epistemology,the modular thought as methodology,analogies the similar construction logic of the two,and applies it to the renewal of rural housing in the west of Liaoning Province.From the perspective of prototype,this paper systematically analyzes the development and evolution of traditional houses and rural houses in western Liaoning Province,and summarizes the rules.However,it does not only focus on the analysis of the current situation,but also combines the existing needs of life to translate and apply the prototype.The author hopes to find a meeting point between tradition and modernity through this way.By modularized design theory and method,it will reproduce the growth mechanism and evolution process of traditional residence prototype,learn from the essence of traditional residence,apply to the renewal of ordinary rural housing,adapt to the new life style,and balance the contradiction between villagers’ real life needs and regional culture,and so on.Second,the infinite vitality of the countryside.
