Research On Modular Design Of Newly Built Houses For Self-Help Scattered Living In Rural Areas Of Southern Shaanxi

The issue of rural development and construction has always been a major issue related to the overall economic and social development of our country.The level of construction and development of the new countryside is of great significance to the overall quality of the people,economic development,national prosperity,and social stability.It is also a decisive factor in the development process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.At present,there are many problems in the construction of rural housing in our country.Most of the rural areas are facing a situation of lack of their own resources.The development of this part of the countryside needs to rely on a self-renewing development model.Rural areas in southern Shaanxi have gradually improved economic development in recent years,and farmers’ economic conditions have improved and housing has been extensively built.Due to the mountainous areas in southern Shaanxi,rural housing has the overall characteristics of being large and relatively scattered,and mainly built by villagers.The villagers’ self-construction is mainly based on the previous form or the atlas published by the government.Although the self-construction model is highly adaptable,the functional attributes of the houses have changed due to changes in the rural industry model,life,and production methods.The housing space form is difficult to adapt to the current needs,and the lack of professional design process for rural housing construction has caused many problems in rural housing,and it is difficult to form a benign sustainable development situation.In general,the construction process and living quality of rural houses in southern Shaanxi remain at a relatively low level.In recent years,some architects have devoted themselves to rural construction and have injected vitality into rural construction.However,in the face of a large number of rural situations,most of the rural areas are in a situation of lack of resources in their own,and it is difficult for architects to cover everything and various current situations.It is important to realize that every farm house can be designed by an architect.Under this circumstance,it is very important to explore a model of rural house construction,sustainable development,and diversified farm house design and construction methods in southern Shaanxi.Studies have shown that economical,rapid construction under suitable technology,and flexible and diverse functions of rural housing are urgent requirements for rural housing construction.Based on the above problems,this article studies the newly-built residential houses in scattered rural areas in southern Shaanxi,proposes a modular design method,and explores a suitable model of rural residential construction in southern Shaanxi that can form a self-renewing and sustainable development.Modular design methods can enable farmers to participate in the construction of farm houses,and provide timely feedback on their own needs,which can meet the various needs of current rural residents and form rich and diverse rural houses.Modular design has certain the characteristics of reproducible,extendable,adaptable,and flexible,can well adapt to the development of rural housing in southern Shaanxi.This article first summarizes the changes in rural areas in southern Shaanxi in recent years,discusses the changes in the spatial attributes of rural housing caused by industrial models,lifestyles,production methods,and family population composition,and summarizes the changes and changes in rural areas in southern Shaanxi.development trend.Through field surveys and visits to rural areas,the thesis conducted investigations and researches on the transformation factors of farm house function and farmers’ demand for farm house construction,summarized the factors affecting rural house construction,and conducted an inductive analysis to establish farmers’ concerns about farm house construction.Based on this model,it discusses the development trend of rural housing construction in southern Shaanxi,summarizes the design principles and design strategies of rural housing,and introduces the open building theory to optimize the design of rural housing,and explores the possibility of dynamic development of rural housing.This article mainly studies from the following four parts:The first part is the basic research of the first and second chapters.The introduction of the first chapter makes a corresponding review of rural development in southern Shaanxi,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign rural development review,rural residential modular design research review,research object definition,research content and methods,etc.The second chapter explains the changes in rural housing in southern Shaanxi,clarifies the current problems in rural housing in southern Shaanxi,and discusses its development trends.The second part is the content of the third chapter.Through field surveys and visits to 7 rural areas in Nanzheng District,Hanzhong City,Shaanxi Province,to investigate the transformation of the functional space of the object farm house and the main farmers’ concerns about the construction of farm houses.This is the main research content,summarizing the multiple needs of rural housing construction in southern Shaanxi,and discussing the strategic direction of rural housing construction in southern Shaanxi based on the research results.The third part is the content of the fourth chapter.Based on the above summary,it summarizes the transformation of rural housing function space in southern Shaanxi and farmers’ diverse needs for housing,and puts forward the principles of adaptability,intensification,and regionality that rural
