Research On The Changes Of Self-built Houses In The Rural Areas Of Dabie Mountains In Western Anhui Since The Reform And Opening Up

Since the reform and opening up,rural economy and residents' living standards have been significantly improved under the guidance of national and local policies such as "new rural construction","rural revitalization" and "Beautiful countryside".As the carrier of rural residents' living and production activities,self-built houses have a wide range of distribution,a large number of specific users,and determine the overall style of the countryside to a large extent.It is the most critical step in the construction of new countryside.However,under the influence of various social factors,self-built houses in rural areas show different development trajectories due to their spontaneous and independent construction modes,and face with problems such as lack of architectural features and building wisdom,excessive imitation leading to the "uniformity of thousands of villages" and the chronological development of self-built houses.Based on the above background,34 self-built houses in three stages of three administrative villages,named Dujiachong,Erlangmiao and Liushudian in Heishidu town,Huoshan county,are selected as the research objects.In this paper,field research,interview,comparative analysis and semantic ontology are combined to investigate the phased characteristics of rural self-built houses,the changing track of rural self-built houses and the unique wisdom of rural construction activities.Based on the investigation of Heishidu Town,Huoshan County in Dabie Mountains in western Anhui,this paper divides the changes of rural self-built houses in Dabie Mountains in western Anhui into three stages since the reform and opening up: 1970-1985,1986-2003,and 2004-present according to the initial investigation,observation and interview and data consulting.Firstly,the social factors that influence the change of self-built houses,such as the policies and policies of rural areas,rural economic capacity,residents' ideology and potential demands,and social and family structure are investigated and analyzed.Further,in order to study the changes of self-built houses more accurately and completely,the ontology elements of self-built houses are divided into three parts: plane space,facade modeling and construction techniques,and then the three parts of self-built houses in the three stages are studied and compared to analyze,so as to summarize the stage characteristics and change track of self-built houses.Finally,on the basis of the study on the changes of self-built houses,the author makes some reflections on the wisdom of rural construction activities in order to provide reference for the future development of self-built houses in rural areas.The research of this paper is a real and objective record of the changes of rural self-built houses in Dabei mountains in western Anhui,which has certain practical significance for the collation of rural housing materials,the optimization of self-built houses and the construction of new rural self-built houses under the "rural revitalization".
