Protection And Renewal Of Characteristic Historical Space In Tiexi Old Industrial Zone Of Shenyang Visualization

The transformation of Tiexi district in Shenyang has been completed for more than 20 years.From the point of view of function orientation,it has changed from the former industrial city to the present livable city.Industrial culture has always been the most shining business card of Tiexi District.In recent years,the district government has devoted itself to the renewal and transformation of industrial relics,and has made the Tiexi District a banner of industrial tourism in Northeast China.But due to the relocation and demolition of most of the factory areas in Tiexi District of Shenyang City,the protection of existing industrial remains is imminent,and the industrial landscape completed by transformation is not systematic.For this reason,this article From the point of view of urban and rural planning,this paper discusses the protection and renewal direction of the existing industrial historical landscape area and its industrial heritage,industrial relics and industrial landscape.Because the old industrial zone of Tiexi in Shenyang is a typical representative of the development of industrial construction in our country at the beginning of the founding of New China,because the industrial development has formed the unique spatial pattern of urban area,which is different from other industrial cities in the same period,it has chosen this angle to analyze the inheritance of historical and spatial characteristics of urban area.The paper adopts the overall structure of the paper,layer by layer progressive analysis method.The main content involves the extraction of historical space features of Tiexi old industrial zone,and summarizes its changing course,so as to analyze the existing environmental elements that can reflect the characteristics of industrial era and historical space in Tiexi district.Take the whole city area as the research scope,excavates the Tiexi old city area present existence tool According to the existing strategies of protecting and developing old industrial zones and industrial historical zones,this paper puts forward corresponding protection and renewal strategies for the special industrial historical zones of Tiexi old industrial zones,and inherits urban spatial characteristics;constructs a complete spatial structure of industrial landscape,continues the industrial context of Tiexi,and stimulates the social and economic vitality of urban areas;makes an analysis and integration of the existing industrial relics and industrial landscapes that can reflect the spatial characteristics of Tiexi old urban areas,and constructs new urban spatial features.
