| Intensification is not only a new design concept,but also a development trend of design.In the product research and development increasingly complex today,intensive concept in the product research and development and production process is becoming increasingly important.Intensive design is conducive to improving the quality and efficiency of product design,achieving enterprise economies of scale,and achieving the purpose of reducing costs.Intensive design is in essence an overall plan and induction,which is a form of improving design efficiency by using design methods and science and technology more intensively and rationally on the basis of making full use of various resources.Intensive design can improve the generality of the product and reduce the repetitive design by comprehensively summarizing the functional modules and physical structure of the product.The increase of product complexity inevitably brings miscellaneous design knowledge.The realization of product design knowledge reuse is an important basis for improving intelligent design.It can effectively improve the design efficiency of new products,realize the rapid design of products,and enhance the intelligent manufacturing ability of enterprises on the market.For design requirements in the product design is to establish broad,product design knowledge redundancy,lack of effective design model of knowledge management,this paper puts forward the intensive design method based on immune particle swarm optimization algorithm,by integrating the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy process,quantificating and FBS based on customer requirements model,to solve customer requirements to Structure the mapping relationship and establish triangular Fuzzy matrix to solve the importance degree of products at all levels.Key product design requirements were analyzed to establish a clear design direction,similar cases were retrieved through the design knowledge reuse system developed,and the Immune Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm was adopted to optimize similar cases accurately and quickly,so as to obtain results more in line with the requirements of designers.At the same time,the multi-dimensional framework ontology model of product design knowledge is proposed.According to the characteristics of product design knowledge,product design knowledge is classified and expressed in three directions: target dimension,function dimension and product dimension.Finally,thedesign of an inverter arc welding machine is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this design method.The integrated application of FAHP and FBS model in intensive design method can integrate the analysis and transformation process of customer demand,realize the transformation from customer demand to structure of products,and reduce the fuzziness in the early stage of design,providing a new method for establishing clear key design requirements of products;Multidimensional framework design knowledge ontology model makes better storage,development of the knowledge of product design knowledge reuse system effective fast to use,and uses the IPSO algorithm realizing rapid accurate selection of similar cases,improve the efficiency of product design and intelligent degree,for the new situation of product design provides a new train of thought. |
