Knowledge services plays a very important supporting role in design activities,but limited to the disadvantages of passive access to information, traditional way ofknowledge service has some problems, such as poor timeliness and low pertinency, soknowledge service cannot provide timely and accurate knowledge service because ofthe lack of users‘requirements, and users cannot get proper knowledge on account ofthe restriction of their search ability and transmission approach, to solve the problemabove, it is necessary to study the technology of knowledge actively push. Meanwhile,biological immune response system, which can discriminate the antigens actively,timely and accurately through immune network, and provide inactivated antigenimmune cells pointedly, has a powerful information processing capability. So, basedon the mechanism of biological immune response, this paper do some research aboutthe technology of knowledge active push.Firstly, this thesis analyzed the related research status and tendency ofknowledge active push, biological immune response and key technologies inknowledge active push, showed the disadvantages of knowledge active push, such ascumbersome description of knowledge and users‘requirements, complex pushmechanism and so on. By describing the problem of knowledge active push, thisthesise established the similarity mapping between biological immune response andknowledge active push, put forward the bionic immune response operation mode ofknowledge active push, and built its implementation framework (KAPIm_DFM),after analyzing the critical technology and combing aircraft structural parts design,this thesis set up a specific framework of active push of manufacturability knowledge.Secondly, in order to adopt brief and reasonable data structure, describe thedesign intent in wide ways and many layers, this thesis built a bionic antigenexpression model of design intent referencing to the concept of antigen in biologicalimmune response, and set up the process of design intent. Then, the key influencefactor in aircraft part structure was analyzed, AAG was used to describe the partsstructure information, and XML was used to describe the parts‘attribute and personalinformation. Then, this thesis established the antigen model of design intent, anddesigned processing algorithms about similar parts. At last, as a case study of antigenmodel for design intent in aircraft structure parts was realized.Thirdly, in order to facilitate the maintenance of knowledge, and explain thephenomenon such as evolution and mutation of knowledge, genetic model andimmune cell model of knowledge were established by simulating biological cells. Bydefining the concepts of knowledge map(DNA), specific expression of knowledge cell,the expression process was designed. Considering the manufacturability of part design, genetic model and immune cell model of manufacturability knowledge, which can bedivided into standard design knowledge, structural manufacturability knowledge andmanufacturing resources, were separately set up. At last, with the background ofaircraft structure design, expression process of immune cell model for manufacturingknowledge was illustrated.Fourthly, in order to realize the recognithion between design intent andknowledge actively, accurately and timely, immune network control system forknowledge active push (IncsKap) was construct. Knowledge active push algorithmbased on immune response (KapA-IR) was researched, Combined with the spatialcorrespondence principle, calculation method of matching degree between designintent and knowledge was realized. Through the comparison with artificial immunealgorithm (IA), the effectiveness of the KapA-IR algorithm was verified.Finally, knowledge active push based on immune mechanism used for DFM ofaircraft structure (KAPIm_DFM V1.1) was designed. With specific part as anexample, each function module in this system was tested, and the correctness offeasibility of technology was proved.
