Double Clutch Transmission(DCT)has many advantages such as low power loss and short shift time.It has been widely used in the automotive field.It's core technology has been in the hands of developed countries such as Germany,the United States,and Japan.Due to the late start of my country's automobile industry,the independent R&D and production capacity of DCT is relatively weak.Under the government's policy guidance and urgent market demand,relevant universities and enterprises have invested a lot of manpower and material resources to conduct research on DCT.Most of the research on solenoid valve drive control and shift strategy,the core of the gearbox,is still in the theoretical research stage.The project background of this paper is that in order to further research its product DCT360 gearbox,SAIC R&D Center commissioned our school to establish a project team to develop a set of measurement and control benches.The entire bench involves the development and design of measurement and control systems,power systems,temperature control boxes,etc..This paper mainly introduces the development process of the bench measurement and control system,designs a portable solenoid valve controller,and finally completes the DCT360 driving and shifting tests.The main research work is as follows:(1)First of all,according to the performance parameters and shift control strategies of various solenoid valves in the DCT360 gearbox,combined with the overall design plan of the measurement and control bench of the project team,the control algorithm is focused on,and the microcontroller STM32F103ZET6 and valve drive are designed.The portable solenoid valve controller of the chip TLE8242-2G realizes the collection of signals from various sensors in the gearbox(including temperature sensors,pressure sensors,position sensors,etc.)and various solenoid valves(including proportional valves,digital valves,On-off valve,etc.)state acquisition and real-time control.(2)Then,due to the non-open source characteristics of TLE8242-2G,it is not conducive to secondary development.The PWM wave modulation and PI adjustment modules inside the chip are further studied,and the microcontroller STM32F103ZET6 directly outputs PWM through independent design of software and hardware.The solenoid valve is controlled to replace the function of TLE8242-2G,which further improves the localization of the entire system;(3)Finally,after completing the independent test of the solenoid valve controller for single and multiple solenoid valves,participate in the joint adjustment of the entire bench by the project team.According to the data provided by the SAIC R&D center engineers,use the bench system to develop DCT360 Drive,shift test,collect sensor signal data,set solenoid valve parameters to realize shifting,and draw various data into graphs on upper computer data.The test data has been appraised by SAIC R&D Center.The portable solenoid valve controller designed in this paper can independently collect various sensor signals in the DCT360 gearbox,control various solenoid valves and other tests,and can also participate in the entire bench The system can accurately realize the driving and shifting experiments of the DCT360 gearbox in high and low temperature environments,which has important practical significance for the research on gearbox driving and shifting strategies.
