Supply chain management is an important issue for enterprises to cope with market challenges and competition.Production line logistics distribution is an important part of supply chain management.The production line logistics distribution system has wide distribution area,complex business and diverse data information.It is an effective method to manage and control complex procurement and supply management through the Internet.The delivery period agreed when an enterprise signs an order with a customer restricts the production progress of the order.After making the production plan,the production materials need to be delivered to the production workshop through logistics and distribution.T company relies on a large team of personnel to use manual processing to ensure the normal operation of logistics and distribution operations,which consumes huge manpower and material resources.In this case,logistics and distribution operations can not support the requirements of enterprises on production time,but also can not meet the requirements of enterprises on production cost control.Logistics distribution has become the bottleneck in the production of T Company.In analysis of company T's products characteristics and production organization model,three problems existing in T's logistics distribution operations are realized,including Inefficient plan processing,serious waste of resources and high logistics costs.To settle the problems,the thesis redesigns the logistics and distribution business processing process,including the planning process,the production line receiving and feedback process,the on-site transfer process of low-value standard parts,and the loading BOM and offline verification process.Among this,the feedback process of the production line classifies the situation of on-site adjustment materials,and recycles the information,which realizes the collection and analysis of problem data and closed-loop management of problems,meanwhile,this reduces the recurrence rate of problems.In accordance with the logistics and distribution business process,detailed functional design and database design of the information system are carried out,and the functions are concretely realized.After the system development was completed,the system is implemented online.And collected the data before and after the implementation of the logistics distribution system,and analyzed the temporary planning quantity,planning processing efficiency and low-value standard parts delivery.The effect of logistics distribution system in practical application and management is evaluated.With the redesigned information system,the speed of plan processing is increased by 78.42%,the number of temporary plans is reduced by 20%,the recurrence rate of the same problem is reduced by 48%,and the consumption of low-value standard parts is reduced by 29%.Logistics distribution business process and logistics distribution system have achieved the expected goals in improving distribution efficiency and reducing production costs,and met the requirements of logistics distribution operation in lean production of T Company.
