In the automobile parts manufacturing enterprises,the complete supply chain from raw materials to fin,ished products mainly include two aspects:distribution logistics and sales logistics outward,to inside are inbound logistics and pr-oduction logistics.The three links of distribution logistics,sales logistics and inbound logistics mainly involve the logistics relationship with the third parties of suppliers and customers.Production logistics is the internal logistics of the enterprise,which is controlled by the enterprise itself.This research is based on the production logistics in auto parts manufacturing enterprises.The production logistics is always based on the service production line.Under the lean requirements of Ju.st in Time(JIT),how to put thousands of different specifications of materials to different production lines in the required amount and timely manner is a problem,which is a constantly exploring problem.This research takes the opportunity of U company to expand the factory,and takes U company's production logistics line material supermarket as the research object.In order to solve the bottleneck problem in the logistics distribution process,the actual problem is quantified and the company's line-side material supermarket type and line are optimized.Side material distribution mode,reduce the distribution time of line-side materials,and improve distribution efficiency.Firstly,it expounds the related theories of lean logistics and the related knowledge of genetic algorithms,and sorts out the existing literatures of line-side supermarkets and,their distribution process.On this basis,the value flow map is used to analyze the current situation of the logistics after the expansion of the U company.It is pointed out that the company's line-side material distribution method after the expansion of the factory cannot meet the problem of timely production of the production line.Through the analysis of the bottleneck problem,The two main factors that lead to the inability to deliver immediately are:First,the storage of the line side material supermarket is cumbersome;second,the line side material supermarket is unreasonable.Furthermore,the two factors are optimized separately:on the one hand,the types of materials stored in the online supermarket are divided according to the principle of demand and cost,and a reasonable kanban material is determined,that is,the distribution is optimized from the category;on the other hand,The optimization result of the above-mentioned line-side material types is used as the distribution task.Considering the difference of the storage box size of different materials in the actual production,the optimization model of the line-side material supermarket distribution with soft time window is established,and the genetic algorithm is applied to the practical problem.The solution is designed,and the three-layer integer coding of the stop-truck-transport vehicle is designed.Finally,the correspondence between the optimal delivery stop and the delivery vehicle is obtained,and compare the total objective function values before and after optimization.Compare and verify the optimization ideas of this study and the effectiveness of the optimization model.The material division method and distribution optimization ideas in this study can provide reference for other similar enterprises.
