| As the aging of the urban population deepens,the proportion of the elderly in the urban population is gradually increasing,and the problems in the pension security system become more and more obvious.The demand for services provided for the elderly community grows rapidly.The deepening of the aging of the population has a comprehensive and far-reaching impact on the process of China’s socialist modernization.As a social group in a special position,the elderly leave the familiar social environment due to the change of their social roles,and are likely to have a sense of loss and confusion about their personal values.This project USES the research method of service design to understand the current situation of the user population through desktop research,field research,analysis of relevant competitive products,user research and interview,etc.,analyze and summarize,and design the scheme for target users,system diagram and commercial canvas,and prepare for the service design for the elderly population.This paper and its works mainly observe the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly population according to the deepening of the aging of urban population in China,and creatively solve the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly population through the combination of the Internet online and offline,which is conducive to the physical and mental health of the elderly.Through the Internet to aggregate the elderly,elderly new social formation,together online and rational utilization of social resources,mainly for the elderly community endowment characteristics of accurate docking old culture service supply and demand,convenient and comfortable for the old cultural services,and introducing business mechanism such as electricity diversion brand integration to form a service business closed loop.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly summarizes the social background,relevant policies,research purpose and significance of the elderly population and the living situation of the elderly population at home and abroad according to the desktop survey.The second chapter,through the targeted field research to understand the new elderly community and the elderly university of cultural services,and the elderly active mobile Internet products are analyzed.The third chapter conducts research,analysis and interview on the elderly in the current community life,draws user portraits,analyzes user needs,behavioral paths,user emotions and other information,summarizes the existing problems in the current cultural services for the elderly and establishes target users.The fourth chapter is the functional planning and design of design works,establishing the definition of service design,and describing the brand image,functional framework,low-fidelity interaction design,usability testing,visual expression and operation strategy of the product.Chapter five summarizes the future prospects of this topic. |
