In the context of vigorously advocating energy conservation,emission reduction and protecting the ecological environment.The introduction and application of modern automated management technology to optimize the energy-saving transformation of urban heating systems is an important technological innovation direction in my country's urban heating system management.Aiming at the current problems of central heating,this paper takes a heat source plant in Harbin as an example.Through the research of existing energy-saving optimization technology,the use of Internet,monitoring and sensing technology,communication technology,network technology,combined with the application of automatic control technology,around the automation transformation and scientific calculation of existing heating facilities carry out reasonable data collection and adjustment control of the system,establish a centralized heating dispatching and monitoring system platform,conduct in-depth analysis and scientific and effective management of the operation control adjustment mechanism and mode of the heat exchange station optimize heating quality,improve work efficiency,and reduce operating costs.Through the analysis of the heat exchange station system,this paper conducts energy-saving optimization design of the heating dispatch monitoring system,correctly selects the operation adjustment plan of the heating system,and conducts a detailed comparative analysis of the effects of different adjustment technologies.The staged mass-flow adjustment method is proposed,which is the first choice for energy-saving and electricity-saving operation of the heating system.According to the energy data analysis of the heating dispatch monitoring system,the actual coal,water,electricity,heat and other energy consumption parameters in the heating system are uniformly converted,and different times(such as:certain day,certain week,certain month,certain Heating period)perform horizontal and vertical comparison and statistical analysis of energy consumption per unit area,analyze the reasons for high or low energy consumption,provide the most accurate data for energy-saving transformation and reliable operation,and better guide the efficient operation of the heating system.After the energy-saving optimization and transformation of the central heating system,the energy-saving optimization effect of the system is obvious through the comparison and analysis of energy consumption information and economic benefits.On the premise of ensuring the high-quality and safe operation of the heating system,the energy-saving optimization design greatly improves the system balance,reduces system imbalance losses,saves energy and reduces consumption,improves work efficiency,reduces operating costs,and enhances corporate image.
