Every winter,heating has become the primary concern of residents.With the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s demand for heating is higher and higher.At the same time,the government pays more and more attention to environmental protection and people’s livelihood,so the heating enterprises have to invest much more than before in these aspects.In this case,combined heat and power(CHP),which is energy conservation,high efficiency,environmental protection,security,etc.,has become one of the most important heat sources of central heating.According to the research on energy saving and consumption reduction in the CHP system of Tianjin N Group,there are two main reasons for energy waste: one is that the heating system is extensively operated,not heating as required;the other is the water and heat loss caused by the sudden accidents of heating system.In view of the extensive operation of the CHP system,first of all,this paper will analyze the operation and regulation of the CHP system of Group N which will be done from the perspective of production planning.Secondly,establish the production planning model of the heating system operation,and the rolling planning method is adopted to optimize the heating production planning.This paper will reflect the energy-saving advantages of the optimized production plan,and through calculation and comparison of the heat consumption of a residential district under the same external conditions before and after the optimization of the production plan.For quickly dealing with the sudden accidents of the heating system,on the one hand,this paper uses PERT network model to identify the process of emergency repair of the central heating system of N Group and estimate the time required for emergency repair;on the other hand,it establishes the network model of emergency repair of the heating system,calculating the time limit and key path required for emergency repair of the heating system by PERT technology,and accelerating the work speed for optimization.This paper then uses Monte Carlo to simulate the criticality of each path of PERT network model,which is established by technical calculation,and based on the above research results,it puts forward reasonable suggestions for emergency repair of heat supply emergencies.
