In this thesis, the Design Institute in the early stage of the project to carry out the construction drawing BIM information model,to achieve the BIM Technology in multi professional collaborative design methods and applications. On the basis of fully understanding the application status of BIM Technology at home and abroad,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of four commonly used 3D simulation software in the process of collaborative design and BIM modeling, the software most suitable for collaborative design and BIM model building is selected. The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly,it elaborates the background of the thesis, points out the necessity and urgency of developing architectural design coordination in China, and then expounds the purpose and significance of the thesis.Combined with the theory of architectural design coordination and the current situation of BIM application research at home and abroad,it determines the research content, adopts scientific and effective research methods, constructs the technical route of the thesis, and makes clear that Make innovations.Chapter 2 is a review of the relevant theories, from the basic theory of BIM Technology and the basic knowledge of collaboration theory to clarify the theoretical basis of leading the full text, which paves the way for the choice of subsequent Collaborative Methods and the starting point of BIM Technology. In Chapter 3,through the research of several BIM software, the Bentley series software,Archicad,3D AutoCAD and Revit series software are analyzed and compared, and the most suitable 3D simulation software is determined. In Chapter 4,through the realization of multi-disciplinary design collaboration, the selection and application scope of BIM software, the method of BIM design, the method of building BIM model and the key points of rules are mainly introduced, and the matters needing attention in collaborative design and the application of working set are described. At the same time, the technology description of BIM cloud platform in the future is applied in BIM model.Chapter 5 is the application case study.Taking some comprehensive building cases as the research object, the main building model is constructed first, and then the building model is linked to each professional design to realize the collaborative design between each professional.Combined with the three-dimensional software, the preliminary statistics of the project engineering is carried out, which provides reference for the control of Engineering consumption in the later construction process. The final results are fed back to relevant professional designers in the form of BIM model for adjustment, and finally the model that can be directly used in the later stage is drawn.Chapter 6 summarizes and prospects, summarizes the advantages and promotion space of this thesis in each link, makes a brief comment on the research results of multi-disciplinary design collaboration method, and emphasizes the inevitable trend and significance of its development. This thesis summarizes the reasons for the possible deviation in the accuracy of the research methods to provide direction for further optimization. The multi-disciplinary modeling and collaborative method of construction engineering is put into practice. In the model,in the subsequent inspection, there is a more intuitive inspection scheme,so by applying the basic method of modeling cooperation to the actual project, while checking out the design errors, the space design is more optimized. The application results help the project to complete all the collision optimization work before construction, and provide basis and help for improving the accuracy and efficiency of construction.
