As the sustainable development policies of China’s " Forbidden sticky Forbidden real " andthe development of energy efficient building materials carry on, the various of new wallmaterials that are made of local industrial waste are developing and are being widelypromoted.Autoclaved fly ash brick have being used in thermoelectric field waste fly ash andother raw materials and the autoclaved into a new wall material, it has high compressive strength,energy saving, environmental protection, and many other advantages, has now been a largeapplication. In practical projects, found on the Autoclaved fly ash brick masonry shear strengthtest on, according to the past the test method of cycle is long, and the actual engineeringrequirement is not consistent with, in order to solve for test with a long cycle of the problems,with different masonry shear test research, can through the early test results conversion the finalstrength, save time for practical engineering, the project of the possible problems, the earlycorrect, avoid big losses. This trial through to the autoclaved fly ash brick basic mechanical test,different ages and specimen shape autoclaved fly ash brick masonry along the seam shearing testresearch, to fly ash brick masonry structure autoclaved technical specification for the providereliable test data, to the Autoclaved fly ash brick in engineering promotion use lay thefoundation.Through the analysis of the test data by:1.Under the same condition, the autoclaved fly ash brick bibulous rate is the same toordinary sintered60%~70%, volume density is the same to sintering clay brick120%.2. Under the same proportion, mixed with additives autoclaved fly ash brick specialmortar,s cohesiveness and water protect is better than normal mortar, but the compressionstrength is lower than normal mortar, about ordinary sand plasma compressive strength,s68.8%.3. Using special mortar to masonry autoclaved fly ash brick masonry shear strength is lowerthan the ordinary sintered masonry walls shear strength, through regression analysis gain theformula of the special mortar laying autoclaved fly ash brick masonry to through the seam.4.Ages and specimen shape have very big effecton on the autoclaved fly ash brick masonryshear strength the seam. Through the different ages autoclaved fly ash brick tong seam sheartest,we gain the change relationship along with the ages of autoclaved fly ash brick masonryshear strength,masonry,s shear strength during7days is the same to masonry shear strength for28days of71.9%.
