| As the basis of the development of various undertakings of national economy,with the rapid development of national economy,higher requirements have been put forward for the construction of the industry,which also makes the use of traditional management mode to manage power engineering projects unable to meet the requirements of high-quality construction.Therefore,this paper introduces Bim and construction fine management into the construction management of power engineering to build Based on BIM,the refined management platform of power engineering construction breaks the bottleneck of traditional power engineering construction management mode,so as to improve the efficiency of its construction management,and then achieve the new management goal of "lean and efficient".This paper first analyzes the research status of BIM Technology at home and abroad,leads to the research problems of this paper,on this basis,the BIM Technology and construction fine management theory are related to the elaboration,and analyzes the current problems and needs of China’s power engineering construction management,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the construction of BIM based power engineering construction fine management platform in this paper;secondly In view of the problems and demands of traditional electric power engineering construction management,based on Internet+technology,combining BIM Technology and construction fine management theory,this paper puts forward the concept of BIM based construction fine management platform,and configures its resources from three aspects of software,hardware and organization system,and then builds a simulation BIM system,real-time BIM system and delivery BIM system Based on the platform architecture of integration as the main line,this paper expounds the specific contents of these three systems from the three levels of data layer,processing layer and application layer;then,starting from the three system architectures of analog BIM system,real-time BIM system and delivery BIM system,it expounds the specific application process in the three stages of power engineering construction respectively;finally,it takes Dacheng traction substation of Beijing Shenyang high speed railway as an example From the three stages of construction preparation,construction and completion,the platform system constructed in this paper is verified by examples,and its application effect in this case is analyzed.This paper establishes a BIM based power engineering construction fine management platform,which innovates the traditional power engineering construction management methods and ways,realizes the digital control of power engineering,provides data support and technical support for the fine,intensive and information management of power engineering construction,improves the efficiency and fine level of power engineering construction management,and also lays a foundation for the development of BIM Technology in China’s power industry. |
