Study On Maturity Of Fine Management In Project Quality From Construction Side

Construction industry has a wide range and increases its scale,as one of the pillar industries in China.However,the competition among the industries arising from the market economy is also gradually warming.If construction side wants to occupy their market share in such a competitive market,they must be change the previous extensive management to standardization and institution institutionalized,to achieve fine management.Therefore,in order to evaluate the quality management level?improve the quality and achieve sustainable development ultimately,constructing a systematic and targeted project quality refinement maturity model and analyzing the engineering project quality management have a more important research significanceThis paper analyzes the fine management at home and abroad,and selects several typical project management maturity model such as CMM?KPM3?OPM3.Through the comparative analysis of these models,this paper can extract the effective part of the fine management of project quality and puts forward the necessity of fine management of project quality on the present situation of fine management of project quality from several aspects.Then,the paper puts forward the basis of the establishment of the project quality management maturity model,the maturity level,the internal structure and the evaluation methods.On this basis,the maturity model of the project quality fine management evaluates the fine management maturity of the project through the qualitative and quantitative analysis method.Finally,to determine the maturity level of project management,evaluating the maturity of specific cases by using engineering project quality fine management maturity evaluation model,and meanwhile proposing improvement measures for enterprise reference by the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis.There are three innovations in this paper: the object of targeted research is the fine management of quality;providing effectively management advice and measures for the construction side by studying from the angle of the construction side;the model is more comprehensive and objective by using quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods.This paper provides the research ideas and methods to evaluate effectively the fine management of project quality and defines the principle of fine quality management maturity.Qualitative and quantitative analysis help the construction side to understand their management status and find the weak link,to take targeted and effective measures to improve the quality of project management and engineering quality and core competitiveness.
