Research On Influencing Factors Of Older Satisfaction Satisfaction And Improvement Strategies In Existing Residential Areas

With the intensification of global aging in the 21st century,all countries in the w orld are facing unprecedented challenges.Under the background of population aging,the elderly population in Shenyang has also increased year by year.Rising year by yea r,the demand for the use of existing settlements by the elderly population has also gra dually changed.With the increase of age,the physical fitness of the elderly gradually weakens and deteriorates.Their living needs and satisfaction with the existing residen tial areas are also different from those of the young and middle-aged groups.Further r equests were made.This article takes the population aging as the research background,and takes Shenyang city as an example to explore the impact of the residents’ Shenyang city’s satisfaction on the ageing of existing residential areas from five aspects:architectural factors,environmental factors,property factors,outdoor facilities and public cultural services.Influencing factors.First,the text designs questionnaires and collects data on the suitability of existing settlements.The data is analyzed statistically through comparative analysis,factor analysis,and AMOS analysis,and the residents in the existing settlements in Shenyang are derived.Influencing factors and differences of age satisfaction.Through the comparative analysis method,the residents in the new and old existing residential areas are satisfied with the barrier-free treatment of indoor and outdoor stairs/ramps(skid or handrails),civil and street services,sanitation management and services,signs and lighting facilities.There are large differences in degree evaluations,which are mainly concentrated in two aspects:construction factors and property factors.The main factor extraction and confirmatory analysis were performed on the data obtained from the questionnaire by factor analysis and AMOS analysis to obtain the main influencing factors that affect the satisfaction of residents’ ageing,and these influencing factors were classified and sorted to obtain different factors.The degree of impact on residents’ satisfaction with ageing.Finally,according to these factors,we propose countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of stairs,elevator reconstruction,residential area greening layout,lighting system,improvement of elderly activity areas,and public cultural facilities.Satisfaction with aging.
