Research On The Aging Adaptation Of Existing Residential Places Based On The Aged Dense Behavior Space

With the acceleration of the aging process in China,the related social problems of the elderly are obvious.In the nineteen major,we put forward a healthy Chinese strategy,forming a family pension model based on the family concept in China,with the family as the core,the community as the support,the institution as the support and the medical support.Therefore,human settlements science needs further research on how to scientifically and reasonably plan and build the "old" urban living environment.Nowadays,there are a large number of complex existing settlements in the cities of our country,among which the disequilibrium of the supporting facilities and the disorder of the walking system lead to the lack of the integrity of the places,and the elderly lack a full support system.Therefore,the rational planning of hierarchical pension service network system and the construction of walking system are the problems that should be solved in the transformation of residential areas.“The old man needs to know the old people first”,Old age should first be concerned with the characteristics and environment of the elderly group,followed by operation and construction.The hilly landforms in Dalian make a huge difference in the construction of the residential area,and forming a platform type walking system.The elderly population tends to a dense behavior,and the space needs the adjustment of the relevant aging.Nowadays,it is urgent to explore new ideas for improving the adaptability of existing residential areas in hilly areas.Therefore,this paper takes the existing residential areas in the hilly area of Dalian as the background,and focuses on the research subject of the elderly.Mainly discussing the problem of aging adaptation in the space for the dense behavior of the elderly.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)Summarize the relevant background,domestic and foreign research.(2)Investigating(Taking photographs,surveying,mapping)the present situation of the existing residential areas in Dalian and the distribution of old age service facilities.Interviewing travel characteristics and service needs of the elderly,and doing data collection and analysis.Based on the above,we choose the aged dense behavior space to observe the behavior and summarize the characteristics of the aged dense behavior space as the basis for the transformation design.(3)Based on the survey,summarizing the spatial definition,types,spatial archetype and distribution rules of elderly service facilities.Establishing the relationship between the aged dense behavior space and the old age service facilities network.(4)From two aspects of the network of old-age service facilities and the walking system,this paper tries to put forward a new idea for the renewal of the existing residential areas on the basis of the reconstruction of the elderly intensive behavior space,and put forward the corresponding transformation strategy,in order to build an old pedestrian system living area in the hilly area.
