| At present,Traditional construction industry is facing some problems in China,such as high energy consumption,low production efficiency,so much quality problems,high labor costs,and serious environmental pollution.Prefabricated Concrete Building can overcome the problems brought by traditional building production methods.The construction industry is a inevitable trend in Chi The quality of prefabricated concrete buildings is directly related to whether it can achieve large-scale development in China.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the influencing factors and guarantee systems of the quality of fabricated concrete buildings in China.The innovation of the thesis lies in:① Enriched the research theory of the quality of Prefabricated Concrete Buildings in China;② Identifyed the main influencing factors of the quality of Prefabricated Concrete Buildings in China,and analyzing the relationship between the main influencing factors in detail;③Proposed a quality assurance system for Prefabricated Concrete Buildings suitable for China’ conditions.Firstly,by reading a large number of documents,sorted out the relevant theories of Prefabricated Concrete Building,and analyzed the differences between prefabricated concrete buildings and traditional buildings in detail,as well as the development status and existing problems of prefabricated concrete buildings at home and abroad.As a derivative of the traditional cast-in-place construction method,the prefabricated concrete building is analyzed in detail,and the quality problems of construction engineering and its influencing factors are analyzed in detail.The formation process and management characteristics of the prefabricated concrete building quality are analyzed.Then,through literature research and expert consultation,sorted out 42 factors affecting the quality of Prefabricated Concrete Building,And investigated the importance of the influencing factors in the form of questionnaires.The surveyees are all researchers engaged in research work in this field or an enterprise worker with many years of work experience.After the questionnaire was collected,the background data of the respondents and the quality of the questionnaire data were analyzed to ensure the reliability of the questionnaire data.Then the factor analysis method was used to identify 11 main influencing factors of the quality of the Prefabricated Concrete Building.Next,analyzed the logical relationship and driving force-dependence of the 11 main influencing factors by ISMMICMAC method.First,use the method discussed by the research group to judge the logical relationship of the 11 major influencing factors,and construct the explanatory structure model of the main influencing factors.Second.use the MICMAC method to analyze the dependence and driving force of the main influencing factors.Third,explained the analysis results of ISM-MICMAC.Finally,based on the results of ISM-MICMA analysis,the paper puts forward a quality assurance system for fabricated concrete buildings,which includes three aspects,namely,improving government participation,improving relevant quality management system,improving construction level and application of BIM technology.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the quality of prefabricated concrete buildings,and proposes a quality assurance system to provide the government and enterprises with solutions to the problems of quality of prefabricated concrete buildings,and to help achieve the development goals of national prefabricated buildings. |
